Nepal Earthquake Appeal

Nepal was hit by an earthquake of 7.8 magnitude on April 25, 2015. So far more than 7800 people have died and hundred more are missing. It is estimated that nine out of ten schools are destroyed and the children are out of school. The Canadian Government has announced it will be matching a dollar for a dollar.

 HEART will be making a modest donation to Canada Red Cross from its own resources.  Some of the HEART supporters have already provided donations to HEART for this purpose. I am therefore making an appeal to HEART supporters/ contacts to donate for this purpose. Any donation received will be added to HEART donation and will be provided to Canadian Red Cross.
